How RAL 2008 behaves on a wall
Titanlux publishes a light reflectance value of 50.2 for this shade. At LRV 50.2 this is a light shade that still carries colour rather than reading as off-white. It gives back most of the light in the room, which suits north-facing walls that need the help. For trim that reads as a clear edge rather than a smudge, aim about 30 LRV points away in either direction — under LRV 20 or over LRV 80. With 167 points between its strongest and weakest channel it holds a readable orange cast, so it will not flatten into a neutral once it is on four walls. Order by the code, not the name, and put a test patch on the wall before you commit — a screen cannot show you how this shade behaves in your own light.
