First coat’s on. The customer steps back. That’s darker than the sample. True or not, you’re the one holding the brush and the invoice.
Four bids on the same room, all close. One crew showed the customer the room in the color. That’s the one they remember.
Two sample quarts, two drives, two patches on the wall, and they still want a third. None of that time is on the invoice.

Order by code, not by name
Names repeat across brands. Codes don’t. What they approved is what you buy.
Sherwin-Williams is the exception for now: names and hex only.
Say this out loud to the customer
A phone screen is not a painted wall. Light changes through the day. Sheen changes the read. No screen shows every pigment. Muro gets the color agreed and gives you a code to order. It doesn’t replace the patch on the wall. Say that up front.

Does it work in a half-lit room?
Yes. It keeps the light that’s there. A dim room comes back dim. That’s the room the customer lives in.
Is there an Android version?
Not today. Muro runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 18.4 or later. If your crew is on Android, tell us. That’s how we decide what to build next.
