It gives back most of the light in the room, which suits north-facing walls that need the help. For trim that reads as a clear edge rather than a smudge, aim about 30 LRV points away in either direction — under LRV 33 or over LRV 93. Its red channel runs ahead of its blue, so it reads warm and will sit comfortably next to timber, brass and terracotta.
