How Natural Felt behaves on a wall
Neenah Paper publishes a light reflectance value of 90.5 for this shade. At LRV 90.5 this is near the top of the scale, in off-white territory. It bounces light around a room, and it also shows every undertone in the surfaces near it — flooring and daylight will pull it warmer or cooler than the chip suggests. For trim that reads as a clear edge rather than a smudge, aim about 30 LRV points away — roughly LRV 61 and below. With 40 points between its strongest and weakest channel it holds a readable yellow cast, so it will not flatten into a neutral once it is on four walls. Order by the code, not the name, and put a test patch on the wall before you commit — a screen cannot show you how this shade behaves in your own light.
