# Muro

> Muro is an iPhone and iPad app that shows a real paint color on a photo of your own room before you buy it. You pick the color from a manufacturer's catalog, by name or code, and Muro repaints the walls in the photo while keeping the room's light and shadows.

## Key facts

- 51,362 colors in the app: 34 paint manufacturers plus the 216-color RAL Classic range
- Every color keeps the manufacturer's own name and, where the manufacturer publishes one, the order code you give the paint store
- iPhone and iPad, iOS 18.4 or later; also in the browser at https://app.usemuro.com
- Subscription only: weekly, monthly or annual plan, no free trial. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase
- Languages: English, German, Polish

## What you can do in the app

1. Photograph a room or pick a photo from the camera roll
2. Choose a color by brand, name, code or from a photo you like
3. Muro repaints the walls; you can paint single walls in different colors
4. Try up to 12 colors on the same wall in one go and compare them
5. See the finished room by day, at sunset or at night, with lamps on or off
6. Get the name and code of the closest match from each brand, so you can buy it
7. Output in Standard (1K), HD (2K) or Ultra (4K)

## Photos and privacy

Photos stay on the device and sync through the user's own iCloud. To repaint a wall, the photo is sent to the image model and the result comes back. Accounts use Sign in with Apple, Google or email. The privacy policy states what is kept and for how long: https://usemuro.com/en/legal
